MUA Portfolio Production Day Production Terms

These terms apply to all MUA Portfolio Production Day bookings made with Aperture Photography Ltd., trading as Aperture Beauty Production. By completing your booking and paying your deposit online, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Payment
A £150 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance of £350 is due on arrival before your shoot begins. Deposits are paid online via our booking system. The remaining balance can be paid by card or cash on arrival.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 72 hours before your shoot, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your shoot date are non-refundable. This is due to model bookings and studio preparation already being in place by that point.
Cancellation by Aperture Beauty Production
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or a rescheduled date, whichever you prefer.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before your shoot date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours cannot be guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion.
Model Arrangements
Your model shortlist will be sent within 48 hours of your deposit and model preferences being received. Final model confirmation is subject to availability on your chosen date. While we aim to provide your confirmed model, unforeseen circumstances such as illness may arise. In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible and source a suitable alternative where available.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to shorten the session accordingly to keep within the agreed end time. The booking fee remains unchanged.
Image Usage & Copyright
Aperture Beauty Production retains full copyright of all images captured during your shoot. We retain the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you would prefer your images remain private, please let us know at the time of booking and we will honour this request. Images are licensed for your personal portfolio, social media, website, and media kit use. They are not licensed for paid advertising, commercial campaigns, or third-party use without prior agreement.
Online Gallery & Image Delivery
Your online gallery will be delivered within 5 working days of your shoot. Once you have made your selections, your final retouched images will be delivered within 7 working days. Images are provided in both high resolution and web and social media ready formats.
Additional Images
Additional retouched images are available at £30 each, or 3 for £75. Selections are made at the online gallery stage and payment is arranged before delivery.
File Storage
Final images are stored for up to 60 days after delivery. Please ensure you download and back up your files promptly. After 60 days, files may be permanently removed from our archive.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances outside our control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, or illness. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity at no extra cost.
Contractual Agreement
By completing your booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that you accept all terms outlined on this page and agree to our cancellation and payment policy.
