Our quality guarantee covers everything within our control - the photography, lighting, composition and retouching. If you're not satisfied with any of these, we'll do everything we can to make it right. For retouching, we're happy to offer a small number of revisions per shoot, just let us know your notes when you receive your images. If the photography itself falls short and we agree there's an issue on our side, we'll offer a free reshoot at no extra cost. Please note that the guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction with makeup application, creative choices, or anything outside of our direct control, these are the artist's responsibility on the day.

Yes. The surrounding roads do require residents permits during the day, but we can arrange a full day parking pass for £9 which covers the streets directly outside the studio. The pass is valid on the following roads: Aylmer Road, Barfield Road, Carlton Road and Dacre Road. Please make sure you park on one of these roads specifically. If you park outside this area the pass won't be valid. To arrange a pass, just contact us after booking with your number plate, car make and car colour and we'll get it sorted before your shoot day.

Most artists fit 3 strong looks comfortably in a studio day. If your looks are faster (minimal changes / repeated base with variations), 4 is possible, but we’d rather keep it quality-first so each look has time to shine on camera.

Yes. Share your preferences in the Model Preferences field when you book — skin tone, hair type, overall look. The more detail you give us, the better we can shortlist for you.

Yes. You can add up to 2 additional models at £50 each - up to 3 models on the day. Select the Additional Model add-on when booking, or note your preference in the Model Preferences field at checkout. Subject to availability and needs to be planned in advance so we can schedule the day properly.

Our retouching is clean, high-end, and texture-true. We refine colour, tone and clarity while keeping real skin and makeup detail intact. No plastic skin, no heavy filters, no over-smoothing. If you have a specific reference style, share it and we’ll align.

Yes. Note it in the Model Preferences field when you book. We'll still guide the session exactly the same. If you bring your own model, the model-included part of the package doesn't apply.

Bring your full kit for the looks you want to create, plus any key items you need for continuity. We can provide backdrops, styling pieces and light wardrobe options on the day.

You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your shoot at no extra charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your shoot cannot be guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion.

Yes, within the scope of the session. We can help with wardrobe options, accessories, props and overall direction to keep the portfolio cohesive. Hair isn't included as standard, if you need hair support, note it in your booking and we'll discuss options.

You’ll receive a curated proof gallery within 5 days of your shoot. Once you choose your finals, retouched images are delivered within 7 days. You’ll receive both high-resolution files and web/social sizes ready to post.

If you cancel more than 72 hours before your shoot, your £150 deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 72 hours of your shoot are non-refundable - this is due to model bookings and studio preparation already being in place. If we ever need to cancel on our side, you'll be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.

We retain the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes. This is how we showcase our work. If you'd prefer your images to remain private, just let us know at the time of booking and we'll keep them off our channels entirely. No questions asked.
