Your Shoot Vision
To get the most out of your production day, it helps to have a clear idea of the looks you want to create. The more you can share, the better we can shape the day around you (references, styles, skin tones, mood).
You'll be asked about your model preferences and any look ideas during the booking process. Don't worry if you're still figuring out the details. We're used to working with artists at all stages of planning and we'll help bring it together on the day.
Your creativity leads the makeup. We handle the production, lighting, and direction, and we'll advise wherever it helps to get the best result from your shoot.

A full production day built around your artistry, at our private East London studio in Leytonstone.
You bring your kit and your ideas. We handle the model, lighting, studio setup, and photography around you can focus entirely on creating. what you do best
What's included:

✓ 6 hours private studio time (10:00 - 16:00)

✓ Photography quality guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our photography, we'll reshoot at no extra cost.
Need more than one model? Add up to 2 additional models at £50 each - select when booking.
Delivery: online gallery within 5 working days, final retouched images within 7 days of your selections.
Additional retouched images available from £30 each, or 3 for £75.
Simply let us know your selections when you receive your online gallery and we'll take care of the rest.
A £150 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance of £350 is due on arrival before the shoot begins.
Once your deposit is received we'll put together a personalised model shortlist based on your brief and send it over within 48 hours.
Once you've confirmed your model we'll send full shoot day details including arrival instructions and studio address.

Travelling by car?
A day parking pass is available for £9, covering Aylmer Road, Barfield Road, Carlton Road and Dacre Road. Contact us after booking with your number plate, car make and colour and we'll arrange it before your shoot.
Booking Policy
To secure your date, a £150 deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note this deposit is non-refundable within 72 hours of your shoot date. The remaining balance of £350 is due on arrival before your shoot begins.
• Photography Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our photography, we will offer a complimentary reshoot at no extra cost. Reshoot requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your final images and are subject to review. We will assess each case on its merits and both parties must be in agreement that the issue relates to photographic quality before a reshoot is arranged.
This guarantee covers photographic quality only. It does not cover dissatisfaction with makeup application, creative choices, or anything outside of our direct control, these remain the artist's responsibility on the day.
In the event of a reshoot, images from the original session are not included in your package and may not be used, shared or published. All rights to the original shoot images remain with Aperture Beauty Production.
For retouching, we are happy to offer a small number of revisions per shoot. Revision requests should be submitted when you receive your images.
• Cancellations
If you need to cancel more than 72 hours before your shoot, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are non-refundable. This is due to model booking arrangements and studio preparation that will already be in place by that point.
• Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before your shoot date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours cannot be guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion.
• Cancellation by Aperture Beauty Production
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or a rescheduled date, whichever you prefer.
• Model arrangements
Your model shortlist will be sent within 48 hours of your deposit and model preferences being received. Final model confirmation is subject to availability on your chosen date.
• Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to shorten the session accordingly to keep within the agreed end time. The booking fee remains unchanged.
• Image Usage
Aperture Beauty Production retains the right to use images from your shoot for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you would prefer your images remain private, please let us know at the time of booking.
• What To Bring
Please bring your own makeup kit on the day. We have a selection of wardrobe pieces, accessories, and props available in the studio. If you have something specific in mind that we may not have, just get in touch before your shoot and we'll do our best to help source or advise.
• Online Gallery & Image Delivery
Your online gallery will be delivered within 5 working days of your shoot. Once you've made your selections, your final retouched images will be delivered within 7 working days. Images are provided in both high resolution and web and social media ready formats.
• Additional Images
Additional retouched images are available at £30 each, or 3 for £75. Simply indicate your selections when you receive your online gallery and payment will be arranged at that stage before delivery.
