Terms & Conditions
By making a payment, you agree to the following:

You will arrive on time and be prepared for the shoot.

You consent to photography and behind-the-scenes footage being captured for portfolio and promotional use.

You understand this is a professional production environment and agree to follow any on-site instructions provided by staff.

You will not edit your final images in any way, this includes greyscale and filters.

You will credit @aperturebeautyproduction, your school & model in any BTS & social posts.
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot
→ Full refund available.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the shoot
→ Unfortunately, no refund can be issued, as models and production costs will have already been secured.

No-shows on the day of the shoot
→ No refund will be issued.
If Aperture Beauty or the school needs to cancel or reschedule the event, a full refund will be provided, or students can opt to transfer payment to a future shoot date.
